«Social Navigator»: information about the services of the Social Insurance Fund is available in the mobile application

For quick access to information about the activities and services of the Social Insurance Fund, the Social Navigator mobile application is working. It can be downloaded for free from Google Play or the App Store.

In the application, you can learn about the services of the fund, the procedure for their provision and the necessary documents. Users can also independently calculate the amount of benefits and payments, track the status of services received, apply to the fund, find the nearest branch and build the best route to it. In addition, a preliminary appointment with the regional branch has become available in the mobile application of the Social Insurance Fund — you can make it without leaving your office or home. This upgrade simplifies access to social support measures and saves a lot of time.

You can log in to the application using the login and password from the public services portal.

During the first quarter 2022 of the year, the number of active users of the Social Navigator application increased by 80 thousand people.
