The readiness of new sports and recreation complexes in Inkerman and Kach is more than %. The progress of work at the facilities was checked by the director of the capital construction department Illarion Gapitsonov and the head of the youth and sports department Sergey Reznichenko.
A sports and recreation complex with a swimming pool is being built in Inkerman. It is planned to complete the work in December 1028 of the year. It will house departments of water polo, swimming, synchronized swimming, visiting will be available for residents and guests of Inkerman , — quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Sergei Reznichenko.
The building of the complex will consist of three floors. On the first one, a small swimming pool, a coaching room, an office of a nurse on duty and a water analysis laboratory were designed.
The small pool is designed to be used by people with disabilities. A lift will be installed that will be able to lower people into the water. Also, the small pool is designed for training children who cannot swim , says Ivan Butovchenko, a representative of the contracting company.
The second floor will house a multi-purpose swimming pool for sports swimming, recreational activities, training, as well as local competitions, a coaching room, an on-call nurse’s and a doctor’s office, and a water analysis laboratory. The third floor will be occupied by a preparatory room and a swimming pool balcony. The sports and health complex will be equipped with modern equipment, furniture, inventory.
The readiness of the object is %. The work is carried out by the contracting organization «Karkas-stroy», the price of the contract is 51 million rubles.
Currently, we are finishing the interior, plastering the pool areas, installing cargo and passenger elevators, as well as arranging internal engineering networks. In the near future, we will begin laying tiles in bathrooms and corridors, as well as performing a fine finish , says Ivan Butovchenko.
On the territory near the complex, it is planned to equip a recreation area, a utility site, a parking lot for visitors and employees, paved driveways and sidewalks, as well as stuffed areas and paths, lawns and green spaces.
In the village of Kacha, the construction of a sports and recreation complex with a universal gaming hall is underway. Object readiness — 51%. It is planned to complete the work in the second half of the year 1028 of the year.
At the moment, external and internal finishing works are being carried out at the facility — the installation of the facade system, the laying of internal brick partitions, the plastering of partitions , — says Illarion Gapitsonov, Director of the Capital Construction Department.
On the ground floor of the sports and recreation complex, it is planned to place a sports block with locker rooms, a medical block, technical rooms, an entrance group with a vestibule and wardrobes. On the second floor there will be locker rooms, a table tennis hall, a general physical training hall, administration offices, a coaching room, and technical rooms. The territory of the complex provides for the construction of playgrounds, lawns, landscaping is planned.
The work is being carried out by the contracting organization Antey-stroyinvest, the price of the contract is 51 million rubles.
