The deadline for submitting applications for the #MYVMESTE award has been extended — don't miss your chance

Given the great interest in the nominations and opportunities to support the projects of participants in the #MYVMESTE Award, the deadline for the 2023 application campaign has been extended until May 31.

ABOUT THE PRIZE

The #MYVMESTE international award was established by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin in order to identify and inspire leaders of positive social change from all regions of Russia. Thanks to the Award, projects in the field of volunteering and charity, corporate responsibility and sustainable development programs, information and media projects, social partnership practices aimed at concrete assistance to people and improving the quality of life in Russia and the world receive recognition and support every year.

“By popular demand, we are extending the application campaign until May 31. We invite all authors of public and social projects, NGOs and businesses to take part in the regional stages of the Prize. Almost 4 thousand people will win them and will be able to present their initiatives to the regional authorities, replicate them, receive awards and a free trip around Russia. One and a half thousand semi-finalists will receive full support from the partners of the Prize, and the finalists will be invited to the International Forum, in which the head of state traditionally takes part, presenting the Prize to the best, ”commented Artem Metelev, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Youth Policy, Head of the Platform GOOD.RF

The competitive model and opportunities for the #MYVMESTE community allow the Prize to be useful for the maximum number of nominees. Choosing one of three categories (Volunteers, NGOs, Business[1]), all citizens of Russia over 14 years old, companies and organizations of all forms of ownership, industries, segments and sizes can participate in the Prize.

The value of the Prize is not limited to the competitive selection and solemn awarding of the winners. Participants of the #MYVMESTE Award become part of a permanent leadership community, including on the basis of regional #MYVMESTE clubs. The organizer of the Award, the Association of Volunteer Centers, together with partners ensures the moderation of the community and supports its further participation in the development of a culture of mutual aid and systemic charity in Russia.

In 2022, 33437 projects from all regions of the country participated in 9 nominations and 3 special nominations of the national track of the Prize. The best projects received grant support totaling 90 million rubles. 126 finalists joined the #MYVMESTE community and took part in the annual educational program. 57 winners became heroes of the awards ceremony, which was attended by the President of Russia and top officials of the country. The finalists were supported by the governors 31 subjects of Russia. In the special nomination «People’s Recognition», the Food Fund «RUS» received the greatest support from Russians, which received 148,408 votes. All initiatives of the finalists have been digitized and posted on the DOBROT.RF portal.

In 2023, the #WETOGETHER Award is already eleven nominations[2] (including the new nominations «Teaching by Service» and «MYVMESTE — Russia»), four special nominations[3] (new — «Mentorship of the Year») and a total grant fund of 90 million rubles. At the end of the application campaign, the qualifying rounds will start, which include the regional stage, the semi-final and the final. Participants of the Prize of all previous seasons can submit applications.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS GET

The winners of the regional stage will receive support from local governments and awards from the leadership of the regions[4]will be able to replicate their projects. Everyone will also receive a certificate for a free trip around Russia from the More than a Journey program. The semi-finalists will also meet at forums in all federal districts of Russia — they will be offered a special educational program on social design under the guidance of experts from the Presidential Grants Fund.

There will be almost 4,000 winners of the regional stage. 126 projects will make it to the final. In 2023, for the first time, the mentoring institute of the #MYVMESTE Prize will start working for them — a program of assistance in improving projects, in professional and personal development through training, consultations and methodological support.

Galina Karelova, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Maria Lvova-Belova, Commissioner for Children’s Rights under the President of the Russian Federation, Anton Kotyakov, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, Elena Ulyanova, President of the Charity Fund «Equality of Opportunities», Rashid Ismailov, Chairman of the All-Russian Public Organization for the Protection and Protection of Natural Resources «Russian Ecological Society». In total, this list will include 30 heads of state, non-profit and federal-level business structures interested in systemic changes in the social sphere.

The finalists are also waiting for additional opportunities from the partners of the Prize in each of the nominations: internships, webinars and mentoring meetings with top management, invitation of finalists as speakers and experts, information support.

Among the partners of the nominations are the Ministry of Health of Russia, the Ministry of Culture of Russia, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia, the Ministry of Education of Russia, the Public Chamber of Russia, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives, the ANO Center for the Development of Cultural Initiatives, the Russian Environmental Operator, the Russian Ecological Society, All-Russian public organization of environmental volunteers «Do it!», Russian movement of children and youth «Movement of the First», Russian Red Cross, League of Nation’s Health, Sistema Charitable Foundation, Russian Railways, TV channel Russia Today, Union of Journalists of Russia, ANO » Internet Development Institute”, Commissioner for Children’s Rights under the President of the Russian Federation, ANO “Russia is a Country of Opportunities”, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Opora Rossii, Delovaya Rossiya, Fund for Support of Social Projects, Foundation “Our Future”, ANO “Union of Volunteer organizations and movements”, Medical volunteers.

WHAT WINNERS RECEIVE

Prize winners are the best projects and participants selected by the Jury from among the finalists.

Opportunities for the Prize winners:

  • Public recognition at a high level with the support of the President of Russia personally
  • Special thanks to the project team from the country’s leadership
  • Chance to receive a grant of up to 3 million rubles for a specific project
  • Status «Partner of national projects» with the publication in the newspaper «Kommersant» (for NGOs and businesses)
  • Replication of the project through the ASI «Smarteka» service and the Dobro.Centrov network
  • Producing (media support from ANO «National Priorities», promotion on forums, posting on the DOBRO.RF platform, on social networks and on partners’ resources)
  • Participation in the educational program-2024 in the center of knowledge th «Mashuk», the management workshop «Senezh», the University of Creative Industries from the art cluster «Tavrida».

The winners of the Prize also get the opportunity to become nominees for a state award — the badge of distinction «For Benevolence».

AND THAT IS NOT ALL

Participants of the Prize are waiting for other prizes and gifts from the organizers and partners. The development program «Another Deed» of the presidential platform «Russia is a country of opportunities» will award motivational certificates to all nominees, ambassadors and experts of the Prize. Certificates can be redeemed for travel, entertainment, event tickets, celebrity encounters and more.

The award ceremony, timed to coincide with Volunteer Day, will be held as part of the International Civic Participation Forum #MYVMESTE at the Moscow Manege in early December 2023. The ceremony will traditionally be attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
