Head of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov held a working meeting on problematic issues of municipalities in the Republic. According to the data provided by the Regional Management Center, most citizens’ complaints relate to cleaning up territories, eliminating spontaneous dumps, timely garbage collection, maintenance and pruning of green spaces. Most of the appeals fall on Kerch, Simferopol, Feodosia, Dzhankoy and Yalta .
Sergey Aksyonov reminded the heads of administrations of municipalities of the importance of personal participation in solving all existing problems on the ground.
Please make sure that the tasks for all employees of the managing organizations are set correctly and fairly, that everyone knows their areas of responsibility and are responsible for specific areas, and that they are provided with everything necessary for the performance of work , – said the Head of Crimea.
Aksyonov stressed that the heads of administrations should continue to bypass all supervised territories and establish direct contact with residents in order to promptly respond to requests.
The administration does not delve into the process, but most tasks can be solved with the personal participation of the leader. Everything promised must be fulfilled in accordance with the deadlines , — the Head of the Republic noted and instructed the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Crimea to conduct weekly monitoring of the implementation of instructions.
In addition, Sergei Aksyonov drew attention to the inadmissibility of a situation where public utilities employees have to purchase the necessary equipment at their own expense.
If such cases become known, the information will be transferred to law enforcement agencies, the Head of Crimea emphasized.
Aksyonov also turned to resource-supplying organizations with a request to simplify the mechanism for providing their services.
The procedure should not be more complicated than for private enterprises, — explained the Head of the Republic.
