The Supreme Court of Crimea Crimea considered a criminal case against a 37-year-old resident of the Chernomorsky region. In November last year, he was found guilty under paragraph «b» of Part 4 of Art. 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (other acts of a sexual nature using the helpless state of the victim, committed against a person under the age of fourteen).
The court found that a man from October 2021 to April 2022 entered into correspondence with minors in one of the social networks and collected pornographic materials— recalled the circumstances of the case in court.
The Court of Appeal, having studied the arguments of the appeal of the defense, recognized them as unfounded and upheld the sentence imposed on the convict in the form of 13 years in prison. The man will serve his sentence in a strict regime correctional colony.
