The traffic police of Sevastopol sums up the results of public transport checks — 29 protocols were drawn up

Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of Sevastopol conducted another inspection of compliance with traffic rules by public transport drivers. As part of the “Carrier” raid, traffic inspectors checked 55 public transport units, including 5 intended for transporting children, compiled 29 administrative materials, including 8 using the “covert patrol” method.

29 bus drivers were brought to administrative responsibility for violating the Rules of the Road, of which: 5 — for not using seat belts, 3 — for operating motor vehicles in excess of the standards for the content of pollutants in emissions or noise levels, 1 — for the absence of a diagnostic card, 1 — for violation of the rules for transporting people and 19 — for other violations of traffic rules. For improper performance of their duties, 3 officials of enterprises were brought to administrative responsibility. 3 submissions were issued on the elimination of the causes and conditions conducive to the commission of an administrative offense— reports the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.

It should be noted that since the beginning of this year, four accidents have occurred on the roads of Sevastopol due to the fault of bus drivers, in which six people received various injuries.
