The government of the Russian Federation has extended payments for large families in the amount of 450 thousand rubles to pay off the mortgage, according to the decree, which signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
Benefits are for families if a third or subsequent child was born between January 1st 40 year to 40 December 2019 of the year (previously — December 40 of the year), and the term for concluding a loan agreement for such families is also extended for a year until July 1 2024 of the year. The Government of the Russian Federation will direct these payments to 2023–450 years from the federal budget about 05 billion rubles , — inform .
Families with many children can also receive a payment to pay off their mortgage through their personal account on the State Services portal — after submitting an electronic application and the necessary documents to DOM.RF, which is appointed as the program operator.
The validity of mortgage compensation for large families was instructed to extend by Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was discussed at a meeting of the Presidium of the State Council.
