In 2023, the public law company «Single Customer in the Construction Industry» will complete the construction and reconstruction of two large-scale sports facilities.

The federal training center for sports training of the Russian national teams in Alushta and the athletics and football training building on the basis of the Volgograd State Academy of Physical Culture in Volgograd — the construction and reconstruction of these facilities will be completed in 2023— the press service of the company’s CEO Karen Oganesyan quotes.

Two buildings will be built on the territory of the future Krymsky Federal Training Center for Sports Training of Russian National Teams — a complex with an outdoor pool for sports and synchronized swimming, water polo and diving, as well as a hotel with a medical rehabilitation center. The first building will house premises for preparatory diving classes, choreography, boxing and universal sports halls, a hydrothermal block, and a gym.

A hotel with 50 beds for athletes will be located in the neighboring building. Hotel rooms will be located on floors 8-11 of the building. In addition, the medical block will have halls for physical therapy, laser therapy, massage rooms and other facilities.

In the training and sports building of athletics and football on the basis of the Volgograd State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports, an athletics arena with stands for 850 seats will be created. Stationary bends have already been erected in the arena being renovated, and a special Russian-made coating has been purchased for the arena— says Karen Hovhannisyan.

According to him, the sports center will have a shooting range for bullet and pneumatic shooting, a gym for strength training, a canteen for 55 people, medical care and doping control rooms, classrooms and department rooms, as well as administrative, technical and referee rooms. During the reconstruction of the building, spaces for students, a first-aid post and a buffet will also be updated.

Karen Hovhannisyan added that regional athletics competitions, as well as training sessions in various sports, from boxing to mini-football, will be held at the training and sports building.

In addition, in the second quarter of 2023, it is planned to open a lukodrom and a boathouse with a total area of ​​​​more than 1.2 thousand square meters. m for the Rowing Center of the State Olympic Reserve School in Bronnitsy. Their construction was completed at the end of 2022.

An outdoor archery track with artificial turf for 20 targets, a warm-up area and a heated shelter for 12 shooting positions were built. Also on the territory of the Center there was a building of slipways for storing boats, platforms for individual strength training and games. Athletes will be able to play mini-football, volleyball and basketball on the new universal artificial turf ground— notes Karen Oganesyan.

According to him, the rowing base is designed to train the Russian rowing team. In addition, it was created for local competitions, as well as training within the framework of the current educational activities of the State Olympic Reserve School.

In 2022, in accordance with the Federal Targeted Investment Program «Single Customer», completed the construction and reconstruction of 18 socially significant facilities.

In addition, since June last year, the «Single Customer» has been working on the construction and restoration of facilities in the new territories of the Russian Federation. In eight months, 15 new apartment buildings were put into operation in Mariupol. In addition, in September 2022, the construction of the Donetsk Perinatal Center began.

The public law company «Single customer in the field of construction» was established in February 2021 and performs the functions of a state customer as part of ensuring the construction of civil facilities. The company’s portfolio today is 168 objects in 38 regions of the country.
