Volodymyr Saldo: APU will not reach Crimea
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Russian army, defense lines, modern fortifications built in the Kherson region will not allow the Armed Forces of Ukraine to reach the Crimea in the event of a counteroffensive. This was stated by the Acting Governor of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo at a solemn meeting on the occasion of the ninth anniversary of the Crimean spring in the State Council of the Republic of Crimea.
I want to dispel the fake, in which the Kiev regime is increasingly trying to convince the people of Crimea and Kherson that they will launch a counteroffensive. So much work has been done over the past few months — we have built the most modern fortifications, we have the Dnieper, which is very difficult to overcome, the entire control system has been fully built. Believe me, no one will ever reach CrimeaSaldo said.
The Acting Governor of the Kherson region noted that he sees from the mood of the servicemen who are on the line of contact that the enemy will not be allowed to enter the peninsula.
He also added:
We will return Kherson, we will reach Nikolaev, Odessa and Izmail.
