Warning: selling real estate information will be fined
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Penalties are introduced for the resale of information from the Unified State Real Estate Register (EGRN) and for the creation of twin sites of Rosreestr. Amendments have been made to the Code of Administrative Offenses. The law on this is published by Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
Citizens face a fine of 15-50 thousand rubles for this, officials — 40-100 thousand rubles, entrepreneurs — from 80 thousand to 200 thousand rubles, legal entities — from 350 thousand to 600 thousand. Cases of providing information through a notary, through the portal of public services, etc. are not subject to punishment.
Rosreestr’s twin sites often, having charged for services, provide incorrect information or do not provide it at all. As the head of Rosreestr Oleg Skufinsky said, over the past three years, the shadow market for the sale of extracts from the USRN on the Internet has been reduced by 99%, 343 twin sites have been identified and closed.
