The Sevastopol police are investigating a criminal case on intentional damage to a car.
Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Nakhimovsky District are conducting an inquiry in a criminal case initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Intentional destruction or damage to property»— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.
It was preliminary established that in the evening between a 55-year-old local resident, who was in a state of intoxication, and his 41-year-old stepdaughter, a conflict arose on a domestic basis. During a quarrel that took place in the courtyard of the house, the man grabbed a stone and broke the windshield in a parked car belonging to a relative. After the incident, the woman filed a complaint with the police.
A preliminary investigation of the criminal case is currently underway. The sanction of the incriminated article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to two years.— noted in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.
