The court, taking into account the position of the public prosecutor, sentenced the man to 1 year in prison. He is deprived of the right to engage in activities related to driving vehicles for a period of 5 years. The sentence imposed in the form of deprivation of liberty, the convict will have to serve in a penal colony of general regime. The judgment has not entered into force.
