In Crimea, the list of SVO participants eligible to receive payments has been expanded

The list has been expanded in accordance with the amendments made to the Decree of the Head of the Republic of Crimea.

In Crimea, the list of participants in a special military operation entitled to receive payments has been expanded. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea Elena Romanovskaya.

For citizens permanently residing (having permanent registration) on the territory of the Republic of Crimea, who have entered into a contract with the private military company Wagner since September 21, 2022 for a period of at least 3 months and sent to perform the tasks of the Military Military District, it is possible to receive a lump-sum cash payment in the amount of 200 thousand rubles. In addition, one-time material assistance has been introduced in the event of a minor injury (wound, concussion, injury) as a result of participation in the SVO in the amount of 100 thousand rubles, in case of severe injury (wounds, contusions, injuries), the amount of payment will be 200 thousand rublesthe Deputy Prime Minister noted.

In addition, according to Elena Romanovskaya, it is planned to send payments in the amount of 1 million rubles to the family of an employee of the Wagner PMC in the event of his death (death) as a result of participation in a special military operation. Also, the right to receive payments in connection with injury (wound, contusion, injury) and payments in case of death (death) are citizens who were sent to ensure the fulfillment of tasks for the fortification equipment of lines and positions in the zone of a special military operation, in border areas and members of their families.
