Terms of investigation of the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge extended until the summer

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The term of the investigation into the case of the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge last October has been extended until June 8. This is reported TASS. According to the publication, it is necessary to complete another 40 forensic examinations, as well as receive the necessary answers to requests.

It should be noted that today the Basmanny District Court of Moscow considered the issue of extending the period of detention of five defendants in the case of a terrorist attack previously arrested in Crimea. Among them are citizens of the Russian Federation Artem and Grigory Azatyanov, citizens of Ukraine Roman Solomko and Vladimir Zloba, as well as a citizen of Armenia Artur Terchanyan.

Interestingly, all the defendants deny their guilt. They call themselves «people who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.» However, by versions investigation, Roman Solomko was in Kherson from August to October 8, from where he provided the organizers of the terrorist act with information about the method of delivering an explosive device by truck from a foreign state to the Russian Federation. He, through Vladimir Zloba, organized freight transport and a place of reloading in Armavir. Solomko coordinated the movement of both trucks. The role of Vladimir Zloba was to charter the truck of the driver Yusubov, who died in the explosion, and provide him with false information about the recipient of the cargo and its location in Simferopol. Artem Azatyan agreed with his brother on a place in a warehouse in Armavir. His brother Georgy Azatyan, respectively, is blamed for providing the premises. Artur Terchanyan’s driver brought the cargo to Russia.
