The amount is more than 100 billion rubles. RNKB signed deals on project financing
In May 2023, the volume of approved and signed project financing transactions at the RNKB, starting from 2019 after switching to a new financing model in accordance with Federal Law-214, exceeded 100 billion rubles. The total area of facilities that are being built or will be built using RNKB project financing is currently about 2 million square meters.
Since the beginning of 2023, RNKB Bank has signed deals to finance construction projects with a total area of more than 127 thousand square meters in the amount of about 8 billion rubles. Currently, the RNCB is considering another 16 projects with a total area of about 215.7 thousand square meters worth about 16.5 billion rubles.
Support for infrastructure projects that are of great socio-economic importance for the development of regions is a priority task for us, — says Sergey Biletsky, Vice President — Director of the Corporate Business Department of the RNCB. — Project financing of housing and commercial buildings under construction is in great demand in the regions where the bank operates, and we have all the necessary resources for fruitful work with developers.
Recall that if a client of the RNKB purchases housing on a mortgage in the primary market, which is being built using the bank’s project financing, then the discount to its rate will be 1%. Bank clients can purchase apartments in accredited new buildings at a preferential rate of 4% under the preferential state program «IT Mortgage», from 5% under the «Family Mortgage» program, and from 7% — under the «Mortgage with State Support» program.
About 60% of all mortgage loans for the purchase of housing in new buildings in 2022 were issued by the RNKB under preferential state programs with a reduced interest rate. In addition, today the rates on RNKB’s own mortgage programs are among the lowest in the Russian Federation — from 8.4%.
