Employees of the GKU RK «CRIMEA-SPAS», together with members of the KRO «ROSSOYUZSPAS», hoisted the flags of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Crimea and «CRIMEA-SPAS» on three Crimean peaks. The rescuers held the action on March 18, in commemoration of the 9th anniversary of the Day of the reunification of Crimea with Russia.

Rescuers of the Belogorsk emergency rescue team «KRYM-SPAS», consisting of 10 people, climbed to the top of Ak-Kaya in the Belogorsk region. On the White Rock, known throughout Crimea, at an altitude of 325 meters above sea level, the flags of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Crimea and KRYM-SPAS are flying today.

Rescuers of the Alushta emergency rescue team «CRIMEA SPAS» climbed Mount Chatyr-Dag and hoisted the Russian tricolor, as well as the flags of Crimea and «CRIMEA-SPAS», on one of its peaks. During the event, employees of the rescue team climbed from the Angarsk pass to a height of 1453 meters. Rescuers had to climb a rather difficult mountainous terrain and in adverse weather conditions.

In addition, employees of the Sudak ASO «Crimea-Spas» climbed Mount Koba-Kaya (Sudak city district), to a height of 165 meters above sea level. Rescuers crossed the path in a cross-country vehicle, then on foot climbed the difficult terrain to the top, where they hoisted the flags of Russia, Crimea and KRYM-SPAS.

Hoisting the flags on March 18 on the tops of the Crimean mountains is already a good tradition for employees of the GKU RK «CRIMEA-SPAS» and members of «ROSSOYUZSPAS». Thus, rescuers express their support in celebrating this date together with all Crimeans. The guys are inspired, everyone is in a great mood today. In addition, such an action is annually carried out as part of the celebration of Victory Day on May 9, as well as the celebration of Russia Day— said the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Sadakliev.
