In the Republic of Crimea, from May 12 to 14, on the basis of the boarding house Volna Park, the village of Peschanoe, Bakhchisaray district, a Meeting of student service teams will be held. For the first time on the peninsula, a unique event will be held, bringing together representatives of service areas, which in the future provide the holiday season in the best hotels in Crimea.
The main goal of the project is to develop the professional and creative competencies of 80 fighters and candidates of student service teams through a three-day training to achieve high results in working projects of a regional and all-Russian scale, which will subsequently lead to an increase in staff and an increase in the level of development of the headquarters of student teams of the Republic of Crimea until June 2023.
As part of the Gathering of student service teams of the Republic of Crimea, educational lectures, master classes and trainings from leading experts in the field of management, PR, theatrical productions, service and student teams will be held. These activities will help participants develop their leadership skills, learn how to resolve social problems and conflicts within the team, and develop innovative approaches to attract young people to work as part of student service teams.
I am proud that our project «Meeting of Student Service Teams of the Republic of Crimea» united so many participants and provided them with the opportunity to improve their professional skills. Our lectures, master classes and trainings from leading experts in various fields will help participants become leaders in their teams and teach them how to solve social problems and conflicts within teams. I hope that the participants will be able not only to develop their skills, but also to exchange experiences and develop modern approaches to attract young people to work as part of student service teams.
