The public law company «Single customer in the field of construction» in 2023 will complete the construction and reconstruction of five cultural facilities. This was reported in the press service of the «Single Customer», which acts as a customer for construction work.

Artistic and production workshops of the Bolshoi Theater of Russia in Moscow (first stage), part of the objects of the Memorial Complex «Historical Boulevard» of the Museum of Defense of Sevastopol, a depository for the Museum-Reserve «Tauric Chersonesos» in Sevastopol, a new building of the Ryazan Historical and Architectural Museum-Reserve, a hostel for Yaroslavl State Theater Institute — construction and reconstruction of these facilities will be completed in 2023— noted in the press service of the company.

The total complex of the reconstructed art workshops of the Bolshoi Theater consists of five buildings with an area of ​​more than 10 thousand square meters. The buildings will house workshops for the repair and production of theatrical scenery and costumes, the repair of musical instruments, as well as a laundry and dry cleaning.

According to Karen Hovhannisyan, at the second stage of the reconstruction, which will be completed in 2025, a rehabilitation and health complex for artists of the Bolshoi Theater will be created in one of the buildings. It will also have a gym, choreography room and medical rooms.

The uniqueness of art and production workshops lies in the fact that they will collect all the necessary support services to ensure the life of the theater— noted in the press service of the Single Customer.

Works on the reconstruction and construction of part of the objects of the Memorial complex of monuments of the defense of the city 1854-1855 years «Historical Boulevard» was launched in November 2021. At present, the reconstruction of part of the buildings of the complex is being completed — the Rubo-Totleben building, the museum of I.D. Papanin, a warehouse of souvenirs and a tourist information center.

The press service of the company added that the territory of the State Museum of Heroic Defense and Liberation of Sevastopol will also be landscaped on the Historical Boulevard — sidewalks, paths, benches, outdoor lighting and more will be installed.

The new depository of the Tauric Chersonese Museum-Reserve will have exhibition halls with a lecture hall, rooms for temporary and permanent storage of exhibits, restoration and repair workshops.

On the ground floor of a rectangular building with an atrium, two exposition halls, a lecture hall for 49 seats, a storage facility, and technical rooms will be built. Storage facilities and administration offices will be created on the second and third floors of the building— told the press service of the Single Customer.

The press service noted that the facade of the new building is partially lined with stone of local origin.

The new building of the Ryazan Museum-Reserve with a total area of ​​more than 19.9 thousand square meters. m will be able to surprise visitors with a planetarium with an exposition that will be dedicated to space. Visitors will be able to see the projection of the starry sky on the ceiling in the form of a dome.

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to build a new comfortable hostel for students of the theater institute in Yaroslavl in 2018 during his visit to Yaroslavl— noted in the press service of the company.

According to him, the hostel is designed for 202 places. It will house rooms for students, a canteen with a dining room for 20 people, a medical office, as well as rooms for sports, study and recreation.

For two years of work in accordance with the Federal Targeted Investment Program «Single Customer» completed the construction and reconstruction of 29 socially significant facilities.

In addition, since June last year, the «Single Customer» has been working on the construction and restoration of facilities in the new territories of the Russian Federation. In eight months, 15 new apartment buildings were put into operation in Mariupol.

Also, by September of this year, on behalf of Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, the Single Customer must complete the restoration of the Azov Technical University in Mariupol, as well as the largest Primorsky Park in the city.

The public law company «Single customer in the field of construction» was established in February 2021 and performs the functions of a state customer as part of ensuring the construction of civil facilities. The company’s portfolio today is 168 objects in 38 regions of the country.
